Fees for the hire of the Square

There are two types of fees associated with bookings. The first is for the actual hire of Jubilee Square which, for some events, can be booked for a specific number of hours or for longer events that require some setting up and taking down a reduced fee for these days. In all cases the Bookings office at The Basement can help you with explaining and calculating fees.

The second type of fee is for any attendance required by the facilities management staff based in the Jubilee Library on the day of the event if they provide assistance with utility connections; setting up of events, litter clearance etc. If electricity is required there will be a standard charge although for longer events or expected heavy usage, actual costs can be calculated.

All fees must be received prior to entry on first day of hire.
